1.	 Legal Representative

1.1	If Party A is a person with limited capacity, when this contract is made, it shall be approved by the legal representative of Party A, and this contract will take effect; if Party A is a person without capacity, this contract shall be determined by Party A's legal representative. The legal representative shall act on his behalf.

1.2	If a person with limited capacity does not have consent or a person without legal capacity does not have a legal representative to pay for the points and the legal representative claims a refund, the legal representative can follow the procedures announced on the official website, prepare the supporting documents and file an application, after Party B's confirmation, refund Party A's unused game fees.



1.3	Party B shall clearly mark it in Chinese on the homepage of the official website, the games login page or purchase page. If Party A is a person with limited capacity or incompetence, in addition to complying with the provisions of the first paragraph, it should be read by the legal representative of Party A. , After understanding and agreeing to all the contents of this contract, you can use this game service, and the same is true when the terms of this contract are changed.


2.	The scope of the contract

Party B provides Party A's online game service and other related services (hereinafter referred to as the “game service”).


3.	Contents of the contract

3.1 The following are considered part of this contract and have the same effect as the terms of this contract:

1.	Party B's advertisement or publicity content about the game service.

2.	Rate table and game management rules for billable games.

3.2 If there is any doubt about the terms of this contract, it shall be interpreted in favour of Party A.

4.	Noun definition
The terms used in this contract are defined as follows:

4.1 Internet connection game: It is an online game played by Party A through a computer, smart device or other electronic device that connects to the Internet to the server designated by Party B. However, it does not include electronic game machines, simple regional connections or other game services that do not require connection to game servers through the Internet as mentioned in the Electronic Game Field Management Regulations.

4.2 Game website: refers to the website established by Party B to provide this game service.

4.3 Game management rules: refers to the rules made by Party B to regulate the way the game is played and do not affect the rights and obligations of both parties in the contract.

4.4 Game history: It is the record of Party A's game process by the computer system from when Party A logs into the game to when Party A logs out of the game.

4.5 Plug-in program: refers to the program not provided by Party B for the purpose of affecting or changing the operation of Party B's online game.


5.	Scope of service

The game service provided by this contract is a server designated by Party B, allowing Party A to log in and use the game service through the Internet connection. However, it does not include that Party A applies to the Internet access service provider for Internet access services and provides various hardware equipment required for Internet access.

6.	Game Login

6.1 When Party A applies for the use of the game service, it shall log in the personal data or other necessary information that matches the identity document on the game website according to the application process. In order to ensure Party A's rights to use this game service, the information provided by Party A should be verifiable. If it is incorrect or has been changed, Party B should be notified immediately to update it.

6.2 If Party B needs to contact Party A in order to provide this game service, and Party A fails to provide correct personal information or the information originally provided is not true and has not been updated, Party B may suspend Party A’s login until Party A can provide evidence to prove that the contract belongs to them. Party A provides the true information or updates the information. Party A's game progress and game history query services. However, if Party A can prove that it is a party to the contract, this does not apply.

7.	Provisions on the right to rescind contract

Party A may notify Party B in writing to terminate this contract within seven days after starting the game, and Party A does not need to explain the reasons and bear any expenses.
In the case of the preceding paragraph, Party A may request a refund from Party B for the unused paid purchase points.

8.	Billing Method

8.1 The fees for this game service are calculated as follows:

8.2 In this game service (for example: game mall, online store, etc.), there are points, goods or other services (for example: virtual currency or treasure, advanced props, etc.) that need to be purchased by Party A via an additional payment. The payment method and product information are stated in the announcement on the game login page or purchase page.

8.3 When the rate is adjusted, Party B shall announce it on the homepage of the official website, the game login page or the purchase page 30 days before the effective date of the scheduled adjustment; if Party A has logged in the communication information when registering the account, it shall notify Party A according to the communication information logged in by Party A.

8.4 If the rate is adjusted, the new rate shall be calculated and charged from the effective date of the adjustment; if the new rate is higher than the old rate, Party A has registered the paid purchase points on the official website before the effective date of the new rate or Game fees should still be charged at the same rate.

9.	The information that this game service should specify

9.1 Party B shall state the following on the homepage of the official website, the game login page or the purchase page and the package of the game kit:

1.	 In accordance with the game software classification management regulations, indicate the game classification level and the age groups that are prohibited or suitable for use.

2.	The minimum hardware and software requirements for the game service.

3.	 For those who provide security devices, free or paid information.

4.	There are products or activities that offer the opportunity to pay for the prize. The content of the event, awards, and prize-winning information should be recorded with reminders such as "This is a chance to win the product, and consumers' purchase or participation in the event does not mean that they can obtain specific products."

10.	Account and Password Usage

10.1 The account and password obtained by Party A after completing the registration process are only for Party A's use.

10.2 The password in the preceding paragraph may be changed according to the modification mechanism provided by Party B. Party B's personnel (including customer service personnel and game administrators) shall not take the initiative to ask Party A's password. Party B shall retain Party A's account number and the electromagnetic records attached to the account within 30 days after the termination of the contract.

10.3 If the contract is not terminated due to reasons attributable to Party A, Party A has the right to continue to use the account and the electromagnetic records attached to the account after renewing within the period of the preceding paragraph.

10.4 When the period specified in 10.2 expires, if Party A has not renewed the account, Party B may delete the account and all the data attached to the account, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.




11.	Notification and Handling of Illegal Use of Account and Password

11.1 If one party discovers that the account number and password have been used illegally, it shall immediately notify the other party and have Party B conduct verification. After Party B confirms the foregoing, it may suspend the right to use the account number or password of the group, and change the account number or password to Party A’s account immediately. Restrict the third party's right to use the game service, and disclose the relevant processing methods in the game management rules.

11.2 When Party B temporarily restricts the right to use the game, immediately notify the third party in the preceding paragraph to make an explanation through official website announcement, text message, email, push broadcast or other methods agreed by both parties. If the third party fails to make an explanation within 7 days of receiving the notification, Party B shall directly reply to the improperly transferred electromagnetic record to Party A. Restrictions on third parties are lifted. However, Party B has provided free safety devices (eg: anti-theft card, phone lock, etc.) and Party A does not use it or has other reasons that can be attributed to Party A, and Party B is not responsible for reply or compensation.

11.3 When the third party in 11.2 does not agree with Party B's handling in the preceding Paragraph, Party A may follow the reporting procedure and handle it through judicial channels.

11.4 When Party B restricts the use rights of Party A or a third party in accordance with the provisions of 11.2, Party B shall not charge Party A or the third party any fees during the restricted use period.

11.5 Party A shall bear all legal responsibilities if Party B or a third party's rights are damaged due to untrue declarations.

12.	Game history save and query

12.1 Party B shall keep Party A's personal game history records for a period of 30 days for Party A's inquiry.

12.2 Party A may apply in writing, on the Internet, or in person at the service centre of Party B to review Party A's personal game history, and must submit personal information consistent with the identity document for inspection. The inquiry fee is as follows, and Party A shall bear:

12.3 Upon receipt of Party A's inquiry application, Party B shall provide Party A's personal game history listed in the first item, and provide the information in a storage medium or in writing or email within seven days.

13.	Personal Information

Regarding the protection of personal data, it is handled in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

14.	Electromagnetic Recording

14.1 All electromagnetic records of this game belong to Party B, and Party B shall maintain the integrity of relevant electromagnetic records of Party A.

14.2 Party A has the right to use and control the electromagnetic records in the preceding paragraph. However, it does not include transfers and earnings outside the scope of this game service.

15.	Open Information

Party B shall provide relevant information on the game website, such as the server capacity, concurrent online users and connection status, etc. of the game service, and update it regularly.

16.	Connection Quality

16.1 When Party B pre-plans to suspend all or part of the game service in order to maintain the relevant system and software and hardware equipment of the game service, it shall make an announcement on the homepage of the official website, the game login page or the purchase page seven days before. However, this limitation is not applicable for temporary, urgent or reasons not attributable to Party B.

16.2 When Party A cannot connect to use the game service due to reasons attributable to Party B, Party B shall correct or repair it immediately. If Party A has deducted game fees or in-game goods during the period of unavailability, Party B shall return the game fees or goods, and shall provide other reasonable compensation if it cannot be returned.

17.	Business Operators and Consumer Responsibilities

17.1 Party B shall be responsible for maintaining its own computer system when providing this service in accordance with the provisions of this contract, which is in line with the security that can reasonably be expected by the technology or professional level at that time.

17.2 When the computer system or electromagnetic record is damaged, or the computer system operates abnormally, Party B shall reply as soon as possible after taking reasonable measures.

17.3 When Party B violates the preceding two provisions or causes damage to Party A due to a loophole in the game program, it shall be liable for damages according to the circumstances of Party A's damage. However, if Party B can prove that it is not at fault, its liability for compensation may be reduced.

17.4 When the situation mentioned in 17.2 occurs in Party B's computer system, Party B shall not charge Party A any fees until the repair is completed and the system is in normal operation.

17.5 For disputes between Party A and a third party arising from sharing account numbers and entrusting others to pay for the purchase of points, Party B shall not provide assistance.



18.	Game Management Rules

18.1 In order to regulate the way the game is played, Party B shall formulate reasonable and fair game management rules, and Party A shall abide by the game management rules announced by Party B.

18.2 Changes to the game management rules shall be made in accordance with the procedures in 21.

18.3 If the game management rules fall under any of the following circumstances, the provisions are invalid:

1.	Infringe the provisions of this contract.

2.	Depriving or restricting Party A's contractual rights. However, Party B's handling in accordance with the provisions of 19 is not limited to this.

19.	Handling of Violation of Game Management Rules

19.1 Unless otherwise stipulated in this contract, if there is sufficient evidence to prove that Party A violates the game management rules in this game service, Party B shall make an announcement on the homepage of the official website, the game login page or the purchase page, and notify Party A according to the communication information of Party A's login.

19.2 If Party A violates the game management rules for the first time, Party B shall notify Party A to improve within a certain period of time. If improvement is not made after notice by Party B, Party B may restrict Party A's right to use the game in accordance with the game management rules and the severity of the circumstances. If Party A violates the game management rules again for the same reason, Party B may immediately restrict Party A's right to play the game in accordance with the game management rules.

19.3 Party B shall restrict Party A's right to play the game in accordance with the game management rules, and each time shall not exceed seven days.

20.	The right to Appeal

20.1 If Party A is dissatisfied with the connection quality, game management, billing, and other related service quality provided by Party B, or is dissatisfied with Party B's handling according to the game management rules, it may provide services to Party B within seven days from the day following the receipt of the notification. Party A may file a complaint by email or in writing, and Party B shall reply to the result within 15 days after receiving the complaint.

20.2 Party B shall specify the service hotline, e-mail and other relevant contact information and 24-hour complaint channels on the official website or in the game management rules.

20.3 If Party A complains that a third party uses plug-ins or other complaints that affect the fairness of the game, it shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of 20.1.

21.	Change of contract

21.1 When Party B revises this contract, it shall announce it on the homepage of the official website, the game login page or the purchase page, and notify Party A according to the communication information of Party A's login.

21.2 If Party B fails to announce and notify in accordance with the preceding paragraph, the modification of the contract shall be invalid.

21.3 Party A shall, within fifteen days after the first notice arrives:

1. If Party A does not express objection, Party B will continue to provide the game service according to the content of the contract.

2. If Party A expresses objection, it shall be dealt with in accordance with the method of Party A's termination of the contract.

22.	Termination of Contract and Refund

22.1 Party A may terminate this contract by notifying Party B at any time.

22.2 Party B may agree with Party A that if Party A has not logged in to use the game service for more than one year, Party B may notify Party A to log in within a certain period of time (not less than 30 days). to terminate this contract.

22.3 If Party A has any of the following major events, Party B may immediately terminate this contract after notifying Party A according to the communication information registered by Party A:

1.	Malicious attack or damage to Party B's computer system using any system or tool.

2.	Play the game by exploiting plug-in programs, virus programs, loopholes in game programs, or other methods that violate the normal settings of the game or are fair and reasonable.

3.	Paying for points or in-game goods by impersonation, fraud, or other falsehoods.

4.	Those who violate the game management rules a certain number of times (not less than three times) for the same reason, and have not been improved after being notified in accordance with 19.2.

5.	Having been found by judicial authorities to engage in any illegal act.

22.4 If Party B makes an error in the determination of the facts in the preceding paragraph or fails to provide evidence, Party B shall be liable for the damages suffered by Party A.

23.	Cease Operation

23.1 If the contract is terminated due to Party B's suspension of the operation of this game service, it shall announce it on the homepage of the official website, the game login page or the purchase page 30 days before the termination, and notify Party A according to the communication information registered by Party A.

23.2 If Party B fails to announce and notify within the period of the preceding paragraph, in addition to refunding Party A's unused paid purchase points or game fees without deducting necessary costs, it shall also provide other reasonable compensation.

24.	Notice Served

24.1 Party A agrees that Party B shall serve the notice of all matters related to this contract according to the communication information registered by Party A.

24.2 If there is any change in the registered communication information in the preceding paragraph, Party A shall notify Party B immediately. Party B shall serve according to the changed communication information.

24.3 After Party B sends out the notification based on the communication information registered by Party A, it is presumed that it has been served if it reaches Party A by written notification, or the email enters Party A's email server.

24.4 If Party B is unable to deliver the goods due to Party A's intention or negligence, Party B shall not be liable for any damages caused by Party A's failure to deliver.

25.	Governing Law

This contract is governed by the laws of the Republic of China.
26.	Court of jurisdiction

For events arising from this contract, both parties agree that the Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance jurisdiction.

The provisions of the preceding paragraph shall not exclude the application of Article 47 of the Consumer Protection Law, Paragraph 2 of Article 28 of the Civil Procedure Law, and Article 436-9 of the Civil Procedure Law. Contractor
